Instructions
The chicken gut, wash it, dry it and flame it.
Tie it with thread.
Clean the garlic cloves but do not peel and distribute a portion on the bottom of a casserole.
Lay the chicken on garlic coating, wet with 1 glass of olive oil, then salt and pepper.
Put the rest of the garlic around the chicken.
Seal the casserole and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for about 90 minutes.
The chicken can be served with baked garlic and without, as desired.
