Instructions

The chicken gut, flame it, wash it and dry it with absorbent kitchen paper.

Put it on a baking tray and Spice it with herbs and garlic, washed and chopped.

Covering it with salt and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for 90 minutes.

After splitting the salt crust, delete it and serve.
