Plaice alla sorrentina
Instructions
Thaw fish fillets, fry the garlic and Brown in hot oil.
Add the tomatoes peeled and cut into chunks, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
Cook the fillets without lid and serve them after having poured the sauce.

- 2 bottles of fillets of plaice (300 g packs)
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 6 sauce tomatoes
- Chopped parsley
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
