Pizza with meat
Instructions
Dissolve the yeast in warm water and allow it to BREW 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the flour all the ingredients for the dough and work very well for 10 minutes.
Put the dough in an oiled Bowl, cover and place in a warm place to rise.
Meanwhile prepare the filling by mixing all ingredients.
Cut the dough into portions and arrange with the rolling pin in circular form.
The thickness should be about 1/2 cm.
Sprinkle the filling on each pizza and bake in hot oven for 30 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- For the dough:
- 1 tablespoon of brewer's yeast
- 1/4 cup of warm water
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 500 g of flour
- For the filling:
- 500 G = = minced meat
- 3 chopped onions
- 1 cup of pine nuts
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cinnamon
