Poor pizza
Instructions
Start first with the preparing, as usual, the dough for pizza.
When you roll out leavened on a work surface and then put it on the oven or in a pan large and low oiled, pour over the tomatoes crushed and lightly salted.
Let then rest for about 20 minutes before you put it in a hot oven, then gilds it for 20 minutes.
Then remove from the oven, add chopped prepared with Rosemary, Sage, oregano and capers, sprinkled with grated cheese, sprinkled with a little olive oil and leave it in the oven again for about ten minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of wholewheat flour type 1 or type 2
- 25 g of fresh yeast
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 500 g of tomato pulp
- Salt
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 sprig of sage
- Oregano
- 1 tablespoon of salted capers
- 100 g of gruyere cheese
