Instructions
Grease a baking sheet and roll out the dough with your hands to pizza.
Meanwhile, in a pan, let Cook the bacon with a goccino of olive oil for about 5 minutes.
Thereupon, cut cheese slices and distribute evenly over the entire surface of the pizza.
Then, add the browned Bacon and cook in the oven already warm for about 10 minutes.
Pull the pan out of the oven and pour on pizza in part already cooked, beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
Finally, sprinkle with chopped Sage leaves and bake for another 10 minutes.
Serve hot and racy.

- 400 g of pizza dough
- 80 g of diced bacon
- Olive oil extra virgin
- 100 g of emmenthal cheese
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 1 handful of sage leaves
- 2 eggs
- Salt
