Persico to wine
Instructions
Season the fillets, place them in the pan with wine, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
Remove the fish from the Pan and keep warm.
Switch to the cooking colander, combine butter worked with flour, stir vigorously and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve the fish with the sauce.

- 4 great perch fillets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 20 g of butter
- 1/2 tablespoon of flour
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 cube sugar
- 1 clove
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 glass red wine
- Salt
