Pears with maple syrup
Instructions
You take the pears and little leaving entire picciuolo; skewer it with a clove and put in a baking sheet sprinkled with cinnamon and nutmeg.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan you put maple syrup wine and a bit of brown sugar, so when it starts hot baking sheet on pears so the wine half covers, take the aluminum foil and cover the Pan and you fire the whole checking cooking every now and then (from PEAR to PEAR varies from 20 minutes to over an hour).
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 6 rusty pears
- 6 cloves
- 10 cl of maple syrup
- 25 cl of dry white wine
- Sprinkling 1 of nutmeg
- Sprinkling 1 of cinnamon
- Brown sugar (optional)
