Caramelized pears
Instructions
Peel the pears, cut them in half and remove the core.
Put them in a saucepan, combine sugar and liquors.
Simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove them with a ladle and caramelize the cooking.
Cut pears into slices, place them in bowls and top with caramel sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 pears kaiser
- 10 cl of alkermes
- 5 cl of chartreuse
- 50 g of sugar
- Butter
- Basil
