Roast peppers
Instructions
Skinned as usual the peppers and cut them into long strips.
Arrange for well to multiple layers, in an ovenproof dish in which you put a portion of oil, sprinkle the breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, pitted olives, capers and garlic.
Sprinkle the pretzels and sprayed with the rest of the oil.
Put them in a hot oven to Bake until the breadcrumbs is golden.

- 2000 g of peppers
- 150 g of olive oil
- Abundant of parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 100 g of black olives
- 50 g of capers
- Salt
