Peppers with Olives (Peperoni con Olive)
Instructions
Broil the peppers, remove the skin, seeds, and sfilettarli filaments.
Put the garlic in a pan with oil, add the peppers and cook over low heat.
Toward the end of cooking sprinkle with oregano, add the olives, salt and pepper.
Before removing from heat add the chopped basil, stir and serve.

- 4 large fleshy peppers
- 100 g of pitted green olives
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of basil
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
