Roasted peppers
Instructions
Wash and dry the peppers, punzecchiateli with the prongs of a fork and cook in the oven at 180 degrees for one hour.

Cut each pepper into strips large half a finger and arrange in layers in a rather deep serving dish.
Season each layer with the garlic cut in half (remove before serving), abundant basil leaves, salt, a little pepper.
