Put on the grill for afflosciare peppers, cut into wide strips and let them marinate in olive oil, lemon juice and oregano.
Then roll up the fillets of anchovies on themselves and wrap a strip of pepper, already prepared.
Seasoned with olive oil, lemon and oregano when all the rolls have been willing, next to each other, in their saucer.
