Works fine the butter with the sugar, then add the egg and flour with baking powder and work the dough until it forms a ball nicely compact.
Let rest for half an hour and then stendila, or forms a rectangular loaf, wrap it around in plastic wrap and put it to freeze.
When you consider that it takes about 2 hours to defrost it.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of melted butter in a double boiler
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 250 g of flour
