Pasta with Zucchini (Pasta con Zucchine)
Instructions
Put to cook in salted water 4 romaioli (in which you did melt half of the butter) sliced Zucchini.
Let boil for about a quarter of an hour, then add the pasta (penne, rigatoni or Wolf eyes) that you simmer covered.
Then remove from heat and add more butter and the egg previously slammed together with Parmesan.
Mix until the dough is well mixed with the sauce and serve.

- 200 g of any type pasta
- 50 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 4 zucchini
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
