Campagnolo sliced bread
Instructions
Let the butter soften at room temperature.
Private crust bread.
The coarsely chopped walnuts.
Crumble the cheese into a bowl, add half of the kernels, the butter cut into small pieces and plenty of pepper.
Mix well.
Then wash and dry the lettuce and grapes and cut them in half.
Pepateli slightly at this point.
For each sandwich, spread three slices of bread with a thin layer of cheese mixture.
On a slice place then the salad, on the other the grapes and last the remaining kernels.
Stack then the three slices of bread.
If you wish you can replace grapes with some fresh figs, cut in half and peppered.

- 12 slices of bread
- 150 g of roquefort cheese
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of walnut kernels
- 4 tufts of bitter salad crispy
- 1 bunch of grapes
- Pepper
