Liver loaf
Instructions
Make bread soaked in milk, cut the liver into pieces and let them go in a saucepan with the butter for about 30 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Add the brandy, let it evaporate and remove it from the fire.
Meanwhile, wring out and crumble the bread, add the beaten eggs, add the chopped liver and amalgamate.
Pour into a baked rectangular shape lined with bay leaves and cook in a Bain-Marie in the oven for 2 hours.

- Brandy
- Butter
- Some leaves of laurel
- Salt
