Orecchiette with zucchini
Instructions
Tick the courgettes, wash them, dry them and cut them into rings.
Let Brown in 1 Casserole with olive oil garlic peeled and cut in half; Add the zucchini and cook for 20 minutes.
Add salt halfway through the cooking.
Dissolve saffron in cream and pour the mixture over the zucchini.
Stir and let thicken the sauce for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, Cook pasta al dente, season it with the prepared sauce, 1 handful of pepper and grated Parmesan.

- 400 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 600 g of zucchini
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 100 G = = Cream
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- 1 handful of pepper
