Orecchiette to the flavours of the earth
Instructions
In a large bowl, pour the tomatoes you have previously rinsed thoroughly and cut into pieces.
Add chopped basil, diced mozzarella, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper and seasoned with copious amounts of olive oil.
Meanwhile, scalded in boiling salted water and the orecchiette al dente, drain and pour into mixing bowl.
Serve hot immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta orecchiette
- 10 leaves of basil
- 200 g of ripe red tomatoes
- 250 g of mozzarella
- 1 clove of garlic
- Abundant of olive oil
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper
