Gilthead with olives and potatoes
Instructions
Chop half of the olives.
Clean the fish, drogatelo with salt and pepper and the olive mixture, put it in a baking dish with the potatoes cut in thin slices and olives.
Add a little oil and cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes, basting often with wine.

- 1 sea bream from 1500 g
- 100 g of pitted black olives
- 100 g of pitted green olives
- 4 potatoes
- 1 glass white wine
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 thread of olive oil
