Instructions
Clean and wash the fish.
Then salt and pepper the inside.
Prepare a mixture with onion, carrots, celery, ham, Laurel and Rosemary.
Let it FRY in 2 tablespoons oil.
Fill the fish with half fried.
Put the fish in a greased baking dish, cover with the rest of the chopped and wet it with wine.
Arrange the mushrooms into pieces and whole tomatoes around the fish and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Moisten with broth.
