Gilthead with walnuts
Instructions
Lay the fish in a gutted Squamata and baking sheet.
In a blender blend: walnuts, cloves garlic, coriander, lemon juice, salt, pepper, 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Put the sauce in the belly of the fish, the rest above and cover well.
Bake in oven at 180 degrees already hot for 40 minutes.

- 2 lemons (juice)
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
