Instructions

Get large olives and boiled eggs, and put them in a bowl full of water for three days, making sure to change the water at least three times a day.

Passed three days boil 200 cl of water with salt, a handful of pepper and a bay leaf.

Remove the olives from the water, dry them and put them in glass jars.

Cover with salted water, close and let them rest a month before finishes.
