Warm rum bananas
Instructions
Peel bananas, cut them in half lengthwise and let them Brown for 2-3 minutes in a large pan in which you did melt the butter.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and irorratele after a few seconds with the rum.
Let thicken the broth, then split the bananas in 4 plates and serve immediately, still warm, with a scoop of ice cream.

- 4 bananas
- 30 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of rum
- Vanilla ice cream
