Mackerel mousse
Instructions
Blend briefly mackerel, tuna and lemon juice, then add the cheese and anchovy paste.
Blend again until it becomes a cream.
Flavour it to taste with a pinch of salt and serve with crackers, fresh as a starter.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of mackerel in olive oil
- 50 g of tuna in olive oil
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 120 g of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of anchovy paste
- Salt
- Crackers
