Blend cottage cheese, pour into a bowl, pour sugar and mix for a long time until you get a soft and homogeneous compound.
Add the peeled and chopped almonds previously, a tablespoon of orange juice and whipped cream.
Gently Add egg whites well, cover the bowl and place in refrigerator for about half an hour.
Pass the ricotta mousse in individual cups, garnish with slices of orange cut to live and serve.
