White chocolate mousse
Instructions
Put soaked gelatin, when softened, squeeze it and dissolve it in about two tablespoons of orange juice.
Chop the chocolate, put it in a bowl and pour over the cream dilute hot.
Let the mixture cool and then, one at a time, egg yolks and cream.
the egg whites; Pour everything into a cloth and leave in the refrigerator at least 3 hours.
Drafted and serve.
You can garnish the mousse with seasonal fruits like strawberries whole, pitted cherries, kiwi chunks etc.

- 50 g of sugar
