Lentil soup
Instructions
Bear in bathroom for two hours the lentils, remove those that rise to the surface, put them in a pot, cover with two litres of cold water, add the garlic and salt.
Bring to a boil and cook slowly for about an hour.
Serve the soup with lentils on individual holsters, seasoned with olive oil and serve.

- 200 g of lentils
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- 1 clove of garlic
- Fried bread cubes
