Broken farro soup
Instructions
In a Pan fry collection in 2 tablespoons of the garlic oil and 3 pinches of Marjoram.
Join the thin sliced onion and browned.
Blanch the tomatoes, Peel, reduce them to small pieces and join them to the sauce.
Add a handful of parsley and chopped Basil.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Add 100 cl vegetable broth, salt, pepper and bring to a boil.
Add the farro, cleansed, washed and soaked and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve with a handful of grated pecorino cheese.

- 250 g of broken emmer
- 200 g of tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 pinches of dried marjoram
- 1 handful of chopped parsley
- 1 handful of chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 handful of grated pecorino cheese
- 100 cl of vegetable broth
