Whitebait soup (2)
Instructions
Wash well the whitebait.
Bring the broth to a boil and splash at angel hair and whitebait.
Just 2 minutes of cooking.
Add a tablespoon of raw oil, salt and pepper freshly ground fresh.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of bianchetti
- 100 g of type angel hair pasta
- 150 cl of fish broth
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
