Instructions

Prepare the broth with 5 liters of water, the carrot, celery, onion, bay leaf, vinegar and pepper.

Bake lobster for 30 minutes while you prepare the jelly.

Remove the lobster meat and cut it into medallions.

Jelly beaten and put them in the fridge.

Cook Steamed carrots and green beans, tie in bunches with the chives and decorate with the melted butter.
