Artichoke fricassee cod and olives
Instructions
Scald the cod in water.
Sauté the garlic and onion in a frying pan, place the drained fish, add salt, pepper and add a little water.
Aside from Brown the artichokes with garlic and parsley, then add the cod and finish cooking by adding pine nuts and olives.
