Red wine marinade
Instructions
Cut into thin slices carrots, onions and garlic and divide the proceeds into two parts.
At the bottom of a bowl, you have a first layer of mixed vegetables, add some thyme leaves and laurel wreath, lay over the meat.
Cover with a second layer of vegetables, a little thyme and Bay leaves, sprinkle salt and peppercorns.
Pour the wine mixed with oil and vinegar.
Keep in a cool place at least 12 hours.
Excellent for red meat and game.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of red wine
- 3 bicchieri of wine vinegar
- 2 cups of olive oil
- 2 carrots
- 2 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Some leaves of thyme
- Some leaves of laurel
- Salt
- Peppercorns
