Instructions
To create this excellent liquor proceed in the following way.
In 100 g of alcohol left to infuse the cinnamon and clove.
In the remaining alcohol put to soak the peels of oranges and Mandarin for 48 hours.
Dissolve the sugar in warm water and stir the syrup with alcohol well filtered.
Bottled the liquor and let it rest for two weeks before you consume it.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 5 mandarins (zest)
- 1 orange (zest)
- 500 g of sugar
- 450 g of water
- 1 clove
- 1 stick of cinnamon
