Maltagliati with housewife
Instructions
Prepare the dough with flour, eggs and salt.
Roll out and cut it in a zig-zag: the maltagliati.
Saute in oil and butter onion, carrot, celery and parsley.
Combine tomatoes and beans, cover with water, add salt and simmer.
Baked beans, throw in the soup the "maltagliati".
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
