Watermelon and melon salad
Instructions
Peel the melon, remove the seeds and filaments and, with the appropriate tool, derive from the pulp so many balls; pay it in 1 glass cup.
Cut the watermelon in half horizontally and with the appropriate tool, reducing even the flesh of watermelon in melon balls together.
Sprinkle the fruit with sugar before pouring the juice from the oranges and lemons, wet it with 1/2 glass of liquor, stir and refrigerate for 2 hours.

- 1 small watermelon
- 1 ripe melon
- 100 g of granulated sugar
- 2 oranges (juice)
- 2 lemons (juice)
- 1/2 shot of kirsch
