Macaroni with lettuce
Instructions
Boil broth in the medulla, leave it to drain, dry it and split it into thin slices.
Add the shallot in 4 tablespoons oil and let you braise lettuce strips.
Add a bit of broth pepper and let it shrink.
Tie with a knob of butter to the sauce and pour it on lettuce boiled pasta.
Mix and finish the dish with the medulla.
