Maccheroncini with shrimps and mushrooms
Instructions
Cooked, shelled shrimp, cut into the flesh.
Clean, slice, fry the mushrooms with half of the butter; Add a pinch of salt and a more generous, maybe pepper freshly ground coffee; Add the chopped diced prawns, given some reshuffled because the flavors bind.
Seasoned with this sauce and with the rest of the butter noodles cooked al dente, sprinkle over a handful of chopped parsley: serve.

- 200 g of langoustine flesh
- 80 g of fresh mushrooms
