Macaroni au gratin
Instructions
Turn on the oven to 180 degrees.
Cook the macaroni al dente (if the package indicates 14 minutes, 12 minutes) and in the meantime prepare the bechamel with a glass of milk to make it more liquid.
Drain, rimetteteli in the cooking pot and toss well with bechamel and cheese.
Add a rub of nutmeg and, if proof were needed, salt and pepper.
Pour into a baking dish, spolverizzateli with breadcrumbs putting here and there some butter.
Bake for 15 minutes until it formed a nice golden crust.

- 500 g of pasta cooked al dente macaroni type
- 50 cl of bechamel sauce
- 6 tablespoons of grated emmenthal cheese
- 4 tablespoons of parmigiano
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- Breadcrumbs
