Maccheroncelli with sardines
Instructions
Clean well the sardines and boil halfway through the cooking.
Sauté the garlic in oil, add the sardines well drained, let Cook on moderate heat for a few minutes, then add the raisins.
Mix well, add salt and finish cooking.
Boil the maccheroncelli, drain them al dente and toss with the sauce and sardines.

- 400 g of maccheroncelli type pasta
- 500 g of fresh sardines
- 1 tablespoon of sultanas
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 15 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
