Roman snails
Instructions
Do fry the oil with the garlic.
Just add Golden tomatoes, mint and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Add snails and leave to cook on a moderate heat for 30 minutes.
Add salt, pepper and serve.

- 6 cl of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
