Lonza to strawberries
Instructions
Stir in white wine vinegar; Add whole chilies, 1-2 tablespoons sugar (according to your taste) and a pinch of salt; pour into a saucepan and boil over high heat until the liquid has reduced by half.
Add strawberries Peel and wash quickly (preferably in white wine) and boil for 6-7 minutes.
Remove peppers, drain any excess liquid and pass it through a sieve.
If the sauce is too liquid make it narrow for a few minutes over high heat.
Cut the meat into thin slices, place them in a serving dish and nappatele with a side of salsa.
Served at the part that remained.

- 400 g of strawberries
- 50 cl of white wine
- 3 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 3 spicy chilies
- Sugar
- Salt
