Instructions
Sear the meat in a little oil on both sides, season with salt and pepper, pour the orange juice and lemon juice and bring to boiling.
Sprinkle with grated citrus zest, cover and let simmer for a minute before serving.

- 300 g of pork loin into thin slices
- 1 orange (juice and zest)
- 1/2 lemon (juice and zest)
