Instructions
Put the drugs in a container to soak in wine and alcohol for 10 days, taking care to stir twice a day with a wooden spoon.
Strain and add 50 g of honey.
Mix and let the whole thing for another two days and then bottled by closing with Cork and sealing wax.
Wait 3 months before eating this delicious liqueur.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 80 g of alcohol at 95 degrees
- 40 g of grated gentian
- 30 g of juniper berries
- 20 g of bitter orange (zest)
- 10 g of mint
- 5 g of sage
- 5 g of faggot
- 1 g of nutmeg
- 1 g of cinnamon
- 100 cl of dry white wine
- 50 g of honey
