Rose liqueur
Instructions
Place rose petals, orange flowers, raisins, cinnamon and cloves and grated lemon to macerate in alcohol for a month in the Sun, shaking occasionally.
Spent the month prepared syrup with sugar and water 50 cl and combine it with alcohol well filtered.
Bottled and wait a couple of months before uncorking.
Note: the filtering operation must be made with a funnel lined with filter paper or blocked with a WAD of cotton wool or with the help of a colander very dense.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of alcohol at 90 degrees
- 500 g of sugar
- 100 g of red roses petals
- 20 g of orange blossom
- 1 lemon
- 50 g of sultanas
- Cinnamon
- Cloves
