Linguine with radicchio and sardines
Instructions
In a cold saucepan put the julienned leek, coarsely chopped radicchio and fillet sardines.
Add the oil and cook the whole thing quickly.
Cook pasta al dente, drain and toss in pan with sauce.

- 150 g of type pasta linguine
- 4 sarde
- 100 g of radicchio
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 20 cl of olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
