Linguine pasta cacio e pepe
Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling salted water.
Mix the grated pecorino cheese and black pepper.
Drain the linguine al dente, pay into a bowl, seasoning them with cheese and pepper and mix thoroughly.
Add the oil and two or three tablespoons of the cooking water.
Serve immediately.
