Linguine pasta with olives and capers
Instructions
Cook linguine in salt water.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan with the olive oil Sauté garlic and then add the capers, the pitted olives, chopped parsley, a bit of the pasta cooking water, a bit of pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
Off fire combine the drained tuna.
Finally, drain the linguine and seasoning them with hot sauce.

- 600 g of type pasta linguine
- 150 g of black olives
- 100 g of tuna
- 80 g of capers
- Chopped parsley
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
