Linguine al green (2)
Instructions
Place over heat a pot with salted water and bring to a boil.
Peel, wash and cut into pieces the Swiss chard.
Throw it in the pot and boil a few minutes then add the linguine.
Heat oil and Brown, soft focus, the crushed garlic, then delete it.
Drain Swiss chard and pasta together and pay it in a soup-tureen.
Coat with flavored oil and cheese.
Stir and serve immediately.

- 350 g of type pasta linguine
- 600 g of swiss chard
- 8 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60 g of grated aged asiago cheese
- Salt
