Linguine peppers
Instructions
Very thinly slice the spring onions and cook at low heat in butter, not colorirsi.
Wash the peppers, remove seeds and cut them in strips.
Together these strips to onion and cook bathing gradually with milk, until the peppers are soft.
Put everything in a blender and puree.
While Cook linguine, beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper, 3 tablespoons of cream and grated Parmesan.
Pour this mixture into the pan with the peppers and cook for a few minutes.
Drain the linguine al dente and flavour them with the sauce.

- 350 g of type pasta linguine
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 sweet yellow peppers
- 3 eggs
- 1 white onions
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- 100 cl of milk
- Salt
- White pepper
